Lied and then wouldnt refund

Dennison, Tx Best Western hotel said no other hotel in the area had a working pool except Hilton. I called and found a place and they would refund my money. I called Customer Service and they said no. Liars. The lady at check in was as she put it “Pissed” due to glass in the pool. It’ll be the last time I stay at Best Weatern!!!
