Update by user May 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After a couple of months they sent a request to the danish reseller and they contacted me same day and sent out a replacement.. Original review posted by user Apr 18, 2021 My tumbler stopped keeping my coffee warm so I tried to use the lifetime warranty from Stanley. It seems like its just something marketing added to their products and not something thats actually in function. Pity. I liked it. User's recommendation: Call them, they apparently haven’t adopted email yet.
