have been trying for hours to get through to an actual person in very customer support..regarding my inability to return small items. I am disabled homebound and have absolutely no one who can return my items... never before has a problem, very had always been helpful collecting smaller items but now it's impossible to get proper help from online chat and very have changed customer support number but not given new number! I've been a customer of very for many years it's frustrating and disgrace! User's recommendation: don't shop with very if you ever need to speak to a real person!
