More than 15 day delay

A purchase for the 8th of July should have arrived from the Netherlands to Spain 5 days later at the most. Today, 30th of July, still no sign of the package. Not even an email or notification to say it is delayed and they are working on it. Thanks to Pissed Customer, they have at least updated the status on their Web.
