Complaint about a flight I booked for my son.
Update by user Jul 29, 2021 No response from Delta Original review posted by user Jul 28, 2021 I have bought tickets for my son to visit me for years. On Monday, he was refused a boarding pass unless be produced the original credit card. The wait to find out the problem on the phone was 5 hours in Atlanta and 3 hours here. I have not seen him since prior to covid and this happened to be a big birthday for me. I have a crushed hip and am recovering. I was unable to drive to my airport due to this. Apparently he was flagged for security. I was not notified in advance and neither was he. They ruined my birthday and broke my heart. A
