my experience of renting a house on AirBnB was very substandard. I tried to find where I could file a complaint about the house being listed and there is no where to contact AirBnB's customer service as it seems to be out of service at this time. The house I rented is actually a demolition house. Not suitable for renting and really needs torn down. Obviously AirBnB allows anyone to rent anything. Just lloked at the site and there is a bed on a floor with sheets onit and cand clothes thron on the bed. A mess. But AirBnB has it for rent. User's recommendation: Don't rent thru AirBnB.
