They refuse to help get my money off a moneypak

Purchased moneypak on March 31, 2021. Since that date I have been trying to transfer the funds to my bank card. It has said "your transfer could not be done". I have called the company several times, nobody will help me. They basically stole my $250.00 and will not return it. NEVER USE GREENDAT MONEYPAK PEOPLE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT, I REPEAT, WILL NOT HELP YOU In ANY WAY. By far the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. User's recommendation: Do not trust them.
