I called and submitted my request over and over again for 6 weeks just recived same information to reapply new case nr send more photos we can't read the numbers etc he problem was the last 4 numbers was missin on the card! My card was never used or activated! I supplied photos of receipt and the damage User's recommendation: Never except the same answer from the helpline they run you in a circle and never resolve your problem!
