Missing parts in the order

Hi, I recieved missing parts in my order and apparently the only way to recah them is to go to the store which is cometely unreasonable as I had a home delivery charges. The amount I'll pay to go and come back is half of what the order costed. All I want is a contact number that is valid so that I can talk to the customer care.
