No se puede conectar al Internet y no me da la hora ni la guía de los canales y la luz roja está pispiliando cada rato cuando está encendido y me manda a soporte técnico pero no me he podido contactar con ellos porque no he encontrado un número de teléfono donde llamar para hablar con una persona
