Reporting Credit Card theft on 06/15/2021 After requesting a refund to be placed back on the card that was used for purchase on 06/15/2021. The ThredUp employee then stole my card information to purchase a Lyft driver on 06/15/21 in the amount of $9.89 at zipcode 94107 CA and again for the amount of $9.81 at the zip code 94104. I reached out to Hannah this evening through chat to remove my card information from your database. She did not want to provide information for further assistance with ThredUp However. the issue is not resolved. This really has spoiled my shopping experience.
