Resolved: Double charge for exact match
Update by user Jul 18, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2021 I replied to an Exact Match request on Jun 17 at 1:11 PM from 'julian dickey' and sent a quote at 4:05 PM and rather than a reply to my quote I got a second Exact Match request on Jun 17 at 1:19 PM (8 minutes after the first but I didn't from 'Julian. Dickey' (note the '.' added) for the basically same job and was charged $7.83 for a second time for the same customer and job... Please refund one of these charges.
