purchased a chaise sofa after making a phone call to customer service to make sure i was able to purchase the missing pillow, was told that it was complimentary and had it ordered and would be shipped out asap. great customer care i spoke with 2 people both got immediate results.ill write another review after it arrives but so far im very impressed with ashley furniture User's recommendation: highly recommend.
