We bought furniture from them. The store was in Las Vegas NV. We purchased the extended warranty service plan! W only had the love seat we bought for 2 years and the head rest began to peel. We tried to get a refund or some kind of compensation. They said it was not covered even though we paid for the extended warranty. User's recommendation: I would never buy anything from them again.
