Ordered $6700 of furniture. King headboard arrived w/2 panels only. Missing was the legs,side panels, 2 drawers, and wood inserts. Was told they were coming on a separate truck. Never came. Sent emails, phone calls, 3 trips to my local store. Lots of promises; NO RESULTs!!! User's recommendation: Buyer beware; don’t accept incomplete order even if told it’s coming!!! I was informed they use 3rd party delivery people and that I should not have believed what they told me.
