Terrible Billing I get a different story from everyone I speak to

Started when delivery was done incorrectly. Driver left the water in the lobby did not pick up returns Pick them up two days later. I was suppose to get a 21.00 credit and billing gave me a debit. Money was taken out my account without authorization and than 21.00 more was taken out. They charged me 84.92 my bill was 42.92 and was suppose to credit me 40.00 and credited me 21.00. I am having a big problem getting my money back. I have called everyday for a week. A different story every time I call. No call backs from Supervisor. Supervisor did not even answer email. They will take your money but not help you with issues. They treat a customer who is not corporate terrible.. I have been with them 10 years and I am not valued. User's recommendation: No help if you have any issues.
