Haven’t received water

I placed my order Friday and checked out as guest. Never received a confirmation number. Later on I received a text message saying my water would be delivered on Monday between 7am and 11 am. Never received any water. Tried to reach out to customer service and they wanted to charge me an extra $4 to talk to a representative. Not liking the service at all. Havent heard of any update on my order. User's recommendation: Get water from your local grocery store.
