Update by user Jun 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Whirlpool paid for 2 separate service calls (one for their authorized dealer and one for my service person). This thing sounds like is grunts for a few minutes but minute agitation is going on. Then for about 3 minutes it agitates like a normal washer. Another words if the clothes soaking in the water doesn't clean them there not getting clean. Had Whirlpool out to to fix it and he tells this is how it's supposedDon sup User's recommendation: Do not waste your money on this mess.
