Update by user May 23, 2021 Not any response from Whirlpool I even filled out a survey and when I directly call I cannot reach anyone Original review posted by user May 17, 2021 Valve replaced took over a mo th and then another week to get parts for the bump serve was great from tech But communication with Whirlpool a big zero :( User's recommendation: Don’t by the model I did.
