I have purchased 3 whirlpool products in the last 5 years and had problems with every one of them. Stove refrigerator and dryer. Icing on the cake was the dryer purchased in 2019. *** was hard to turn but we managed after they repaired it. Then the *** fell off 2 weeks ago. I tried so hard to get help. Could not get through to customer service and when I did they kept transfer me. I asked for management numerous times but they kept transferring me to another customer service. I finally got someone who said they would send me the part and I could repair myself it wasnt the right on User's recommendation: I would never purchase another whirlpool product. Poor customer service and cheaply made products.
