I am trying to cancel my subscription with ipsy i have been getting an extra item for like 11. That I did not order. I really thought it was a special gift offer except it kept coming for like 5 to 6 months I just want to cancel everything and if I decide I want to join again I will. User's recommendation: Make it easier to cancel subscription.
