Order I placed

I paid additional shipping to get my order this week. My order hasnt even been processed. I ordered it for a wedding. I cant get a HUMAN to answer questions. If I dont receive my order like promised I will return it immediately. This has been the worse customer service Ive ever had to try and deal with.
