Accredited is a mandate from express script .patients are required to use it and therefore poor coordination leads to breaches in medication supply. Ongoing loss of physician orders and patient communication is pervasive. Automated systems are barriers in acceptable communication. I am presently changing meds to avoid using accreditation. Its only my secondary but this is still blocked from appropriate services
