Wrong flowers, Broken stems, late delivery…

Got my flowers three days late (FedEx's fault, weather, yes I do understand but a gift of flowers is kind of time-sensitive so maybe invest in more reliable shipping for your customers) then it turned out to be the wrong bouquet entirely, and three of the stems were snapped right off. I paid $75 for this WITH a coupon, so it's safe to say I wish I had picked up some Trader Joe's flowers. Contacted support and was first offered a CREDIT for a future order. The first response to this should be an immediate refund.. NOT an invitation to spend more money on the site. I requested and received a refund instead, but damn am I disappointed with what seemed to be such a cool company.
