Can’t get an automated account set up with constellation

I'm a new customer with constellation and I've been trying for hours to get my password and account set up on their system. I've sat on the phone for hours with no one answering. I've gone through their chat line with 3 different reps and got no help and shut off in the middle of chats. I get as far as putting my email address in on their system, but their system won't send a verification code to my email. So, no account? User's recommendation: Great rates, VERY poor customer service. Go with a little higher rates and get better customer service.
