Wrong wrap

My car is a Mercedes slk r171 right hand drive and I asked for aluminium instead I got left hand drive in black also where the triangle emegency button is I only have two buttons I ether side of it my ash tray does not have a cigarette lighter very unhappy I would like an aluminium one please regards sam
