Resolved: Zero customer service – took my $150 and I can’t log in

Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 I switched my monthly subscription to an Annual subscription using "My Account" on their website. They charged my credit card $150, but now I can't log in and someone has changed the email address associated with my account so I cannot log in. Have tried for 4 days to get someone from DAZN to respond - they are ignoring me. Good luck to anyone who needs any support - they take your money and run!! User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs - ZERO way to get in touch with them - they ignore emails and no phone number.
