Homeless people coming into the lobby asking for phones. Police in front of the hotel twice with an ambulance . Guests smoking weed in a smoke fee environment, fighting and screaming in the halls. No security and no hotel phone connected in my room and The bathroom falling apart. Because of all these things I ate crackers for dinner being afraid to Venture out to eat . I called the front desk 4 times and was told that security was coming on duty within 15 minutes. It turns out he wasnt security only maintenance. The morning clerk after conveying this did not show any concern or even tried to assist in the correction of this matter! User's recommendation: DO NOT stay here ! It’s a sandals resort for weed smoking homeless crack heads !
