I have been calling and chatting with them about a problem that I have with Nano X2R hearing aids. They have had me do this test and that test. I purchased them back in Feb, 9, 2021. I have problems with them about 2 months after receiving them. They finally said if I paid them $9.95 they would send me a Return label for them to check out the left one. I still have to wait 2 days for them to send the label???? User's recommendation: DON'T BUY.
