Hi, my name is Anna Laura, I'm from Germany and just ordered some things from you guys for the first time and was looking very much forward to receiving them, however l got an email saying that it is undeliverable. I'm deeply upset and hope you can redirect the parcel to my place in Cologne, at Georgstr. 5 50676 Köln.
