I bought the creme gel pencil in color crochet and used it twice and I want to twist it up to get more product out but it doesnt work. I tried to chat with someone on the site and they referred me to a page where I have to pay $5.00 to tell them my complaint! I refuse to pay to let them know there is something wrong with their product! People dont buy the color pop creme gel pencil, it sucks big time! I cant believe that there is no way to get in touch with these people! User's recommendation: Don’t buy it.
