Got damaged products, no response to emails

I ordered some fragrance oils but one glass cracked and the oils spilled throughout the entire package. I emailed them twice because they didn't respond to the first one and the 2nd one they still haven't responded to yet. It's been a few weeks by now so I'm pretty unhappy with the service. Will definitely not be ordering from Colourpop again. User's recommendation: Horrible customer service, bad/sloppy packaging.
