Didn’t receive my refund

I am requesting a full refund for 2 eyeshadow palettes not received. My order number is1865****. I ordered the Bold + Bare ( combination palettes) @ $64.00.. The total charged was $69.12. I need it issued to original method of payment with card ending xxxx7499. I need this refund NOW, please.
