Ordered a Bag and was provided with 15% off over the phone by saks sales associates
Upon order placement, I was told that they have applied a 15 % off coupon on my order.Once order was delivered, called to follow up on the discount refund and was told that was the associates error and they should never have offered this. No apologies, no explanation. Just that the discount will not be available. User's recommendation: dont belive their gimmicks.
