I tried to contact them with this cival letter Please help this is doing nothing in regards to cooling the air !!! I believe I got a faulty product or it was false advertising. In any case I would like a refund for this product , with a shipping label. I have tried every trouble shooting option and nothing works , this is not acceptable and my hope is that I don't have to leave a bad review of contact the better business bureau.
