Resolved: No customer service, lousy product

Update by user Jul 02, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The refund was processed in November 2020 – which was 4 months after I originally returned the product and requested a refund. That was my own mistake at not seeing that. But my inquiries beyond that time (as I didn't realize the refund had occurred) were still not addressed until 1 Jul, 2021. However, this is now resolved.. Original review posted by user Jun 06, 2021 Mistakenly placed a 2nd order that they would not recognize, nor refund even after proof was provided. They boast a full money back guarantee, but have refused to refund my money after almost a full year that I have been reaching out.
