Returning a defective unit

The unit didn't work so I Email'd them requesting a return shipping label (their expense, of course). They advised me the shipping was to be paid by me and I needed to track it and advise them when it was received at one of their "official return addresses" or they couldn't issue a refund. I advised them that I had filed 2 disputes with my bank for both the unit and the extra water curtain and would not be returning their products until they provided a return label. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!
