I spent several hours trying to pay 2 months of premium BECAUSE someone in the far east misused my credit card - so the credit card payment was rejected BECAUSE I had to get a new number card. THEN I got sent to the Philippine Islands by phone because she wanted my new cc number. I'm not that stupid. The fourth try I got someone who spoke better English but she refused to tell me where she was located. 20 Million unemployed people in the USA and this outfit uses foreign workers. SHAMEFUL! I will go somewhere else for part D coverage. User's recommendation: Do not use a medicare D company who uses foreign workers - a lot of USA people need jobs! And don't give foreign workers your cc number.
