Pre-Payment not return

I Got Qualify for some dental procedure the pre-payment was taking by the dental office, after they have use what needed to be use they have fail to return back the remainder of the pre-payment balance I have made several attempt on reaching them. there have not being any success of them resolving the issue and returning my phone call
