Complaint on driver

Driver parked in a handicap spot to pick up $ from McDonalds on Merrit Island Fl this morning. I mentioned it to him and he blew me off. He has no right to park in a handicap spot. Truck # 171379. I expect you to handle this matter. Im handicap. McDonalds has been told. 6/5/21 9am Hillary Evensen
