Brinks, does not take responsibility for their equipment not working properly. Brinks will happily charge you 80 dollars to come out and look. I have a door bell that has been flashing for over a year. I have not been contacted by Brinks and doubt I will. I will probably go with another service. Brinks has done well in response to alarms etc. But you would think they would help with their installed equipment. User's recommendation: Ask about repairs to faulty equipent.
