Our location recently informed us of a partnership with city’s transportation system and upon lease renewal we would be charged an additional $25.00 monthly ($300 annually). We don’t ride the train or bus and don’t want to. If I did I would use my military discount and get passes more affordably. I asked the site manager if this was an optional fee and was told, “No”. I like our location but it’s not a $2400.00 a month property.
