Had the negative PCR test result letter from Kaiser which I used every time I've flown with maroc. Now they want the full lab results and missed the flight. What's worse is customer service never picked ups the phone so can't even rebook!! Time to consider a stop over with a real airline than this joke of an airline that serves dinner in a paper bag! Yes, your last meal is served in a paper bag. User's recommendation: Seek more reputable airlines.
