Cancelled holiday

I am very disappointed with teletext holidays, I was ensured before I booked my holiday to Portugal that I would be able to go ahead even though there was a 2 week quarantine in Portugal for non double jabbed passengers, I was told this wouldnt be an issue, after many hours on the phone and being cut off a fair few times I was forced to cancel my holiday, to which I have now lost £350 (£250 is meant to be refunded which still hasnt been) User's recommendation: Avoid.
