We amended our holiday that was paid in full booked for this year to next year and was quoted £455 . We agreed and was told to wait for an email to pay the balance ! We said we wanted to pay balance there and then but again told to wait for an email. The email never arrived and still hasnt! After trying to get this situation sorted out for a few weeks we finally got through, to be told we had to pay £1400.62 which we paid ! We have been promised a call back from a manager to sort our problem and been waiting over 3 weeks ! We feel we have been robbed User's recommendation: Crap.
