Ford Edge have a terrible water pump placement design.I was charged over $2600. The manager gave $300 discount. Water pump replacement should not cost more than $700 at the most at a dealer. A repair shop would charge no more than $400. Ford customer service representative gave me over a $1000 refund and an extended warranty. That sounds nice, but I would rather have $500 more. The supervisor at customer relations, Ashley Henderson, was awful. Ms Rosunda Solomon was so great. Auto Nation service representative Shamari Willis was so great. The management in finance was mean and delayed my payment 2 weeks. This is not the first time Ford Margate caused me trouble and extra expense.. User's recommendation: Do not go to Auto Nation Ford Margate for service.
