I no longer need onstar , as I traded cars and now have a Hyundai that has its own equivalent . But , just as constructive help, I would not subscribe again after receiving an emailed addressed to pissed customer . Thats very offensive to me and many !!! I was not upset but simpler no longer needed the service . Why would u assume I was peeved or unhappy ? There are many other adjectives you could use !!! I cant imagine a PR person for a company using that offensive term in business !!!
