Package Never Rec’d.

I ordered items on 4/18/21. Shipping showed package ready to go on 4/21/21. Never rec'd. as of 5/7/21. Shipping history showed only that information had been sent to shipping. Then showed on 4/29/21 that information sent to P.O. Package never went anywhere. I got a refund. This was my first experience with Belk and I will never order from them again.
