Resolved: Over charging on a contract that has been cancelled

Update by user Apr 07, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Mar 08, 2021 My data contract came to an end in December 2020, so I contacted vodacom to cancel it as I no longer needed it due to getting fiber installed at my home. Vodacom assured me it would be cancelled. January came and not only was the contract not cancelled, but I was also billed R345 for it (usual payment was R150). I have since contacted vodacom three times, each time being told it will be sorted out and cancelled and I will receive a refund. It is now March and I am still be charged R345 for said "cancelled" contract.
