My ticket number is 05289**** Comcast double charged me an my bank is waiting for the refund Comcast will be charged if there are any charges for ck fees that dont go through because of this issue. I have had to put that matter in the hands of that bank so my account will not be effected .The bank would like is resolved. Diane Carroll
